Pilates is a group of precise exercises designed to create balance throughout the body and develop strong stable muscles that are flexible and correctly aligned. It also provides relaxation and mental focus. The exercises can be adapted to suit everybody and are endorsed by medical and health professionals.

For people with postural imbalances caused by daily living, Pilates helps to correct these imbalances, alleviating back pain, neck and shoulder tensions.

Pilates can aid recovery from illness and injury where other forms of exercise may not be possible.

I am qualified with Modern Pilates, who provide highly respected Pilates training courses with rigorous assessment processes for instructors.
